Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into cubes
- 1 packet beef gravy mix
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 cups mashed potatoes (prepared separately)
Instructions
- Place beef cubes, onion, and garlic in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix beef gravy mix, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and black pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Serve the beef and gravy over mashed potatoes.
