Description
A rich and flavorful chicken dish with a creamy garlic parmesan sauce.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Serve hot.
Notes
- Use freshly grated parmesan for best results.
- Adjust creaminess by adding more or less heavy cream.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
